Sometimes, dreams begin on the couch and end up on four wheels.

At least that’s what happened to us.

I think we can all agree 2020 was rough. Our family was no exception. The true origin of Dreamy’s lives in the birth of our son, Llewyn, his big entrance into this crazy wild world and the decisions we had to make as a family to keep living this beautiful life.

Every night after he went to bed we ate ice cream on the couch in utter exhaustion and relief (new parents in a pandemic, anyone?). And the ice cream was okay. We won’t get into brands here but lets just say we decided we wanted something more. Something creamier. Softer. More flavorful. And we wanted to share it. And when you really get right down to it, we were looking to share not just ice cream, but joy.

As an upstate New York native, Mason immediately thought of soft serve. As the primary ice cream consumer, Cody was all about it. And so the dream grew. It sprouted wheels and birthed a smiling ice cream cone surrounded by the happiest color we would imagine (Is it teal? Sea-foam? Aqua? We still aren’t sure…).

And so with the help of our community, Dreamy’s Soft Serve came to be. Rumbleena lives her best life every day those wheels grace the pavement. And our hope, our deepest wish, is to come together and share a little swirl of joy with YOU.
